This cap looks to be built specifically for Indian conditions - is light weight and does a good job of managing sweat during long runs. I like that it has a bigger visor, which also folds when required. Its design also makes it perfect for normal walks and everyday wear.

Over the years, I’ve amassed a vast collection of caps from so many brands that it would put Smaug’s hoarding to shame. And while the jury is still out on whether having so many caps is the reason for my improved running times, all I know is that a cap can make or break how my run goes. Some caps don’t fit right, or they don’t provide enough shade, or they hold on to my sweat for dear life. After finding the Daud Bharat Ultralight, my search for the one true cap has truly come to an end. It has everything I need - it’s so light I don’t feel like I am actually wearing a cap, has a perfectly shaped brim to provide shade without blocking my vision, and it’s made of some kind of magical material I’ve never seen before that feels amazing. I think the fact that I keep reaching for this cap instead of the other 50 I own from big brands speaks for itself!

Great cap! The flip-up visor is the standout feature here - I'm constantly turning regular caps backwards (anyone else?), and this makes that whole switch effortless. The flip mechanism holds firm without making the fit feel tight, which is a common gripe with other caps.
The little details really show: the elastic on the clasp gives a dialed-in, secure fit, and there's just enough side perforation to keep airflow going without compromising the structure. It's superlight, yet looks and feels great, and the colorway is on point. I got the blue and yellow one, love the contrast.
Bonus: it sits comfortably over sunglasses too, no awkward squeeze. You can tell every detail was solved by someone who's actually logged the miles.
